I've left facebook for a while . I'm surprised at how very light and unencumbered I already feel . I knsw it would be a relief but I didnt realize just how big a hold it had in me . I'll go back, eventually, but much more intentionally, mi dfully, and more carefully curated . I cannot piur o o from a depleted cup.
